PopImage needs Onions.

Actually, what we're looking for is a few good editors.

We need people to fill the following posts:

Features Editor: You'll be in charge of our reoccurring features, and in charge of creating new features. This is the weakest part of the site right now, and we're willing to let someone go all out and try tons of cool new things, so step on up. When you e-mail us, please include a few ideas for new features.

Marketing Director: You'll be in charge of getting us noticed, be it by posting links on news groups, webboards, or arranging link swaps with other sites. We need to fill this ASAP. When you e-mail us, please include a quick, basic marketing plan.

Image Editor: This is an easy job (hah!). You'll be in charge of compressing all images to usable sizes, and working with the other editors on creating new graphics for the site. It's worth noting that Alasdair Watson, our technical bloke is a complete fascist when it comes to things like image dimensions and file sizes, so you're going to need to be good at what you do. E-mail us, including a list of the graphics packages you have access to, and your prefered tools.

Of course, there is currently no pay for these jobs, but you do get to put a humiliating photo of yourself on-line and and free stress management classes.

If being in charge of a critical role isn't your thing, but you like what we're doing and want to help, then please remember that we're always looking for new contributors, so if you think you'd like to review something, or write a column, conduct and interview, or do something else entirely, please get in touch. Sending us a writing sample of some sort wouldn't hurt your chances, either.
